Essentials Meditation Group

If you love playing with and learning about essential oils for your own emotional and spiritual wellbeing this is the group for you.


Each month we have a different blend of the month, you will learn about the properties of the oils in the blend, why they are there and how they can help on an emotional and physical level.

Over the months the blends we use will take you on a cleansing journey back into perfect balance.


You will make your very own roller ball blend using the oils and take part in a guided meditation with the oils to tune into the healing they being.

The cost of the sessions are £15, included in the price is your rollerball and a link to listen to the meditation again from home.
